Web Design & Developing

The website is your business mirror

I want a website that generates results
Our team is composed of copywriters, designers and programmers capable of building relevant websites, always based on Inbound Marketing. In addition, we consistently assess performance and make improvements in light of the goals your company wants to achieve.

Does your company have a website? Has it brought you some business opportunities? If your answer is not an assertive “yes”, you really must read on. Nowadays, it is essential that companies have websites that generate financial returns.

Having a website is not just about making your presence felt on the internet. The goal is that people find it and see the answers to their questions, needs and desires on it. But this is only possible if your website:

Is relevant
Be prepared to be found by those who need your services;
Show potential clients that your company is the right solution!

If your website does not meet these requirements, it is as if it did not exist, with the aggravating factor of being an expense generator.

“It’s not enough to just put some ‘Buy’ buttons on your website and wait for people to buy what you’re showing them. That’s not how our brains work.”
(Neil Patel)

How to create sales-friendly websites

1. Being straight-forward:

Explain immediately the problems/needs that your product or service helps to solve. Those who need these solutions will get curious, wanting to know more.

What not to do: Nobody ever visits a company's website with the intention of knowing the year it was founded, the awards it received, how many employees it has. Still, many businesses use the website to highlight this information. Don't fall on the same mistake, because it doesn't work! What visitors want is to know, quickly, if they can find the solutions they are looking for, in there.

2. Being intuitive and easy to navigate:

Think of your website as the path a person has to take, in order to accessing the most important information. Create a structure that guides visitors through your website, by helping them finding the answers they need and ensuring that no information is left behind.

What not to do: Letting people get lost between pages, dropdown, submenus and links in exaggeration.

3. Answering people's questions:

On the internet, answers are meant to be quick. For example, if you have an online shop, there are frequently asked questions regarding delivery time, returns policy or minimum order amount to proceed with the purchase. This type of information has to be clearly visible, for people to feel encouraged to move forward, in the purchasing process.

What not to do: Letting people get lost between pages, dropdown, submenus and links, in exaggeration.

4. Being an SEO-optimized website:

SEO is a strategy that ensures the visibility of your website across search engines, through keywords, meta tags, link structure, among other criteria. In other words, this is how people will get to you.

What not to do: Thinking that just by having a website, people will visit it! Besides yours, there are thousands of other websites in the same business area and Internet users only click on the first results of each search. You have to work to ensure that your website appears at the top of the SERP!

5. Be prepared for conversion:

If people come to you, it's time to surprise them and converting them into leads. Don't rely on the number of visitors your website receives, by thinking that business will definitely increase! After attracting them, there is lead nutrition work, i.e, accompanying clients throughout the buying journey.

What not to do: The lack of leads’ follow-up with valuable content éis one of the most common mistakes and is reflected in the loss of many clients and potential clients, just because they weren't given the proper attention.

Having a website, not thinking about this, is almost the same as nothing – and we are not exaggerating! People won’t find your website if you don’t do SEO optimization or PPC campaigns. They won’t want to do business with you either if your website isn’t professional, clear and appealing. That’s what happens when you walk in front of a shop: you only walk in if the shop window convinces you.

“If your target audience doesn’t hear what you have to say, it’s not their fault, it’s yours!”
(Seth Godin)

Suggestions for creating a winning website

Local businesses

It is on the internet that people search the best place for dinner or lunch. If your restaurant doesn’t have a website, they won’t find you. If you have an outdated website, it won’t make a good impression and you probably won’t be chosen.

72% of consumers who do a local search visit a shop within a radius of 8 km

(Wordstream, 2016)

Small businesses

A relevant and optimized website serves as a platform to convert visitors into leads over time, by accompanying them until the purchase moment. Besides increasing the number of (potential) clients, by sharing interesting content with people, you will be strengthening your brand in your business area.

Companies that already have pages on social networks

Being present on social networks is important, but it does not replace a website. Here, people have access to all the necessary information, compiled and well structured. In addition, a good website demonstrates professionalism and conveys confidence.

Something is wrong if...

It is worth drawing attention to the most common problems we encounter on websites. If you recognize one or more of the problems below, then you already know why the results are not what you expected:

The design and content are outdated;

It's not mobile friendly;

It’s not ready for SEO;

It's not lead generation-oriented.
