Repleto de Vida, a company focused on well-being and health
Repleto de Vida was created in 2012. Shortly before its creation, the business group in which it operates, went through some difficulties caused by the economic crisis that took place in Portugal in 2009.
With the crisis, this group specialized in the production of equipment for the treatment and filtering of water, whose business model was based on credit facilities provided for the purchase of equipment, began to experience a sharp drop in sales. Credits were constantly denied, which affected the business.
In an attempt to find a way to overcome the situation, the administrators of the business group found a solution closely linked to the group’s values: promoting the population’s well-being and health. They then created Repleto de Vida, which began marketing 100% natural supplements. The goal was to continue to provide a better quality of life, with better health to its customers.

A well-defined goal!
Link&Grow was hired by Repleto de Vida in March 2016. When our communication agency was hired, the goal of the digital marketing campaign was clearly identified: to increase sales of food supplements for the senior market.
We then started a diagnosis of the client’s digital status and maturity and also carried out an assessment of the respective competition. With these data, we outline and present a well-defined and structured digital strategy to achieve the proposed objective.
Digital strategy implementation and first analysis
After preparing and studying the personas of the business, we began the strategy outlined to enhance the Repleto de Vida online store, aimed at the target audience. During the first 2 months, we focused our attention on optimization in terms of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX). The aim was to improve the positioning in searches and at the same time make the online store more user friendly, intuitive, easy to navigate and responsive on multiple devices. A task that is somewhat difficult and even limited by the type of client’s website.
We then focused on designing several bottoms of the funnel conversion campaigns to test the market. These campaigns, carried out on social networks and AdWords, were not achieving the intended results. This is something that happens frequently in digital strategies, as it is not an exact science. It depends on a wide range of factors such as the type of business, the personas of the same, the type of campaign, the channels in which it is propagated, etc… The secret is to monitor the results of the campaigns on a daily basis and know how to interpret the data. When they are not being satisfactory, it is necessary to be agile to re-evaluate the strategy. It is necessary to understand the points that must be optimized, decide what should and what should not be changed. The advantage? Easily measure results, know what is working, what isn’t, what to optimize or what to modify.
Strategy reassessment and optimization, focusing on results
After verifying that the strategy we were adopting was not the most suitable for our target audience and that it was possible to improve, we returned to the personas. We studied and scrutinized each one, one by one, in detail. We concluded that, in order to have the desired results, we had to opt for new content, conversion and relationship strategies.
What did we do then?
- We create and dynamize a Blogwith a specific content strategy aimed at the senior audience. The themes of the articles to be produced were not random. All of them were carefully defined, always with a goal.
- We segment databases and define conversion email marketing strategies.
- We develop segmented automation flows to increase email base conversion.
- We optimize social media to facilitate involvement with Repleto de Vida’s products and its concept as a company.
- We run Facebookcampaigns with defined targeting to increase qualified leads.
- We made Remarketing strategies.
- We created several rich materials, specifically designed for a content strategy, with a focus on the personas to be reached. The materials developed were contents of great interest and usefulness for them, addressing solutions to their problems.
- We build conversion landing pages, suited to the different problems and “pains” of the personas.
- We developed detailed analyses and reports on campaigns and sales team performance, which also received some insights.
In the case of this client, the data analysis work was even more important given the reality of the company. Repleto de Vida had a very organized, competent structure with years of experience in Call Centers. This team was allocated to the offline campaigns that Repleto de Vida had developed on the radio in recent years. The idea was to monetize this valuable structure, delivering qualified leads so that they could continue to make sales over the phone. If we wanted an increasingly effective work between the digital marketing team and the sales team, with better and better results, we had to monitor everything in detail. Analyse and understand how it was possible to go further in the joint work of these two teams, through the data – valuable information – that each one obtained. And so, we did it, with the most visible result of all: increased sales.
In addition to these changes in the initial strategy, adjustments were also made to the initially outlined objective. Repleto de Vida, together with Link&Grow, reformulated its digital project, which was initially based on online sales, and started to focus on generating leads for its sales team. In this way, very positive results were generated, the number of which increased monthly, due to a well-defined strategy and actions in favour of the intended results.

As a result of the adjustments that proved to be absolutely assertive, necessary in any marketing strategy, whether to change it completely or just to optimize it, the objective was achieved and the results speak for themselves!

After the start of the new strategy, the number of leads only increased, reaching 3,000 in June of 2017. We achieved a monthly average of 500 leads, obtained organically and through Facebook ad campaigns.
ROI – Return on Investment – very positive
The ROI was quite positive, taking into account the time and objectives outlined by Repleto de Vida. In 6 months, we achieved a ROI of 13 thousand euros!
